Ivan is Founding Executive Director of “Parks – Liberi e Uguali”, the organization of Italian and multinational employers supporting GLBT people in achieving full respect, dignity, equal rights and opportunities in the work place. Twenty years’ experience in Human Resources in Executive positions and as a Strategic HR Advisor, Ivan has worked for Italian and International Companies between Milan, London and Moscow. In 2004 and 2005 he was co-Chair of CitiPride, Citigroup’s GLBT network in London. Ivan lives in Milan with his partner Federico and their two cats.
